I agree with Frank Chimero, Things Organized Neatly is fueling my fussy neurosis in just the right way.

Push and Grab
This is a rather unique sort of table and drawers situation if you ask me. This is a project whipped up by designer Nenad Kostadinov and what it consists of is a curved table with rotating drawers. Rotating! No more silly pulling and shoving for you, nay! Now there’s lots of swooshing. This is a low height wooden living room table with four of these unique drawers made for storing magazines, knick-knacks, and all manner of small objects.
Basically this object is constructed of a single “bendywood” piece that’s supported by two cylinders, each of these cylinders being also the axis of rotation for each of the drawers.

Digital Orca
Famous for the 1991 international bestseller Generation X: Tales for an Accelerated Culture, Canadian Douglas Coupland resumed his work in visual arts in 2000, following a 10 year hiatus that coincided with his international literary fame. A recent edition to his body of work is this beautiful ‘digitised’ sculpture of a killer whale that is now a resident of Vancouver’s Convention Centre. Imposing, unique and decidedly post-modern, the metal structure with it’s night time illumination is a dazzling new icon for Vancouver’s charming harbour….

Now That’s A Spicy Egg
Designer Mike Flache has a wonderful aesthetic and a pleasing sense of humor. The Spice Egg is a magnetic salt cellar and pepper pot made of stainless chromium steel. Inspired by hundreds of mouth watering breakfasts around the world, he transformed the natural shape of a simple egg into a stylish accessory. Magnets in each section of the egg stick together and makes handling comfortable.

Enterbay’s Bruce Lee Figure
On November 27th, we will see the 70th birthday celebration of martial-arts and movie celebrity, Bruce Lee. Known for his lightning quick speed and undeniable heart of a dragon, his attacks took the world by storm to the point where he became an action movie star. Enterbay created a 1/4 scale HD Bruce Lee figure in his famous pose from “Enter The Dragon”. The release date is slated for September 2010, but you can pre-order now from Enterbay for $170.

40-Foot Optimus Prime Transforms Beijing Skyline
Visitors to China’s Green Dream Park—not far from the 2008 Olympics’ “Bird’s Nest” stadium—are currently being greeted by a 40-foot tall, six ton Optimus Prime made from five truckloads of car and truck spare parts.
The park opens Friday, and features other environmentally friendly attractions designed to get visitors thinking green. Of course, were I face to face with this behemoth, I’d only be thinking a) how far away is Megatron, and b) where’s the nearest eco-conscious hiding place?

MB&F Thunderbolt
The new MB&F Horlogical Machine No. 4 aka Thunderbolt is totally out of this world. Made of a sapphire and titanium case that measures 54mm wide x 52mm long x 24mm high. I absolutely love the profile view of the machine and how it mounts to the strap. Price is $158,000 and total production will be 25-35 pieces per year.
